OMG I went for my usual swim-fine. Then I hopped on the snagster for my long ride with damp hair, and I am c...c...cold! Cold like I have never felt. Sorry for the short post, but I am planning on spending all day in a hot shower!!
Wow Donna.... perhaps my repetitive WOW's are getting old but I really don't know what else to say. I am fascinated to read all that you have to prepare and think about (aside from the physical training) - you're going to do fabulous !!
